Free check
The free preview lookup does not store the registration, your IP, or any other identifying data. It is fetched from DVSA and DVLA, displayed to you, and discarded.
Paid report
When you buy a £4.99 report we store: the registration you queried, your email address, the Stripe payment reference, the DVSA / DVLA data we retrieved, and the AI-generated analysis. This is needed to deliver your report and to let you revisit it later. We retain paid reports indefinitely so you can return to your saved link.
We send one transactional email per paid report (the one with your report link). We do not add you to any marketing list.
Third parties
The site is hosted on infrastructure that logs basic technical data (IP address, browser, request URL) for operational reasons. Stripe processes your payment under their own privacy policy. Resend delivers the transactional email. Anthropic processes the structured report data to generate the prose section under their commercial terms with us. None of these parties receive any data beyond what they need to do their job.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request a copy, correction, or deletion of any data we hold about you. Email the address listed at the bottom of any of our emails and we will respond within 30 days.
Updates
